There must have been times when you see other people happier than you.
You take a look around and notice that people are smiling and laughing, and things seem to be going their way. You find yourself struggling along, just to make it through one day and seem to believe that others aren’t really happy – it’s just an illusion.
I am not saying that you are wrong. That could be true. But what if that’s not an illusion. For once, try to pay attention to your thoughts and actions, and you will get to know that you have the complete control of how you feel.😊 So instead of holding yourself back, focus your energy on living positively. Honestly, it is not always possible to have a grateful attitude. Sometimes, we feel like crying, shouting and complaining all the time. The day-in and day-out activities in life can be draining.😞 But the idea that there is so much to be thankful for, despite all the evidence seems to make us think just the opposite. It is these gratitude moments that should become a part of our everyday lives. Those moments of appreciation for what we do have, instead of what we don’t.😍
